We provide a full range of bookkeeping services tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. We will prepare timely, accurate reports as necessary. We can produce management reports to any degree of sophistication from a simple trial balance to full management or statutory accounts. We will also carry out consolidations, adopting the clients accounting policies as directed under all major accounting standards including IAS, UK and US GAAP’s as well as under local reporting requirements. We will prepare detailed audit files and liaise with the client’s auditors to ensure the audit fees are kept to a minimum. We will ensure that all local accounting filings are fulfilled in accordance with local regulations.

Using our local contacts, we can establish and operate client bank accounts. We can make payments, produce cash reports and carry out any other banking operations under instruction from the client. In addition, we can establish more complex cash management systems to manage the cash needs of larger groups. We have long established contacts with a Swiss law firm, based in Geneva, to enable us to operate a Swiss Branch finance structure at a competitive cost, if desired. We can monitor and report on compliance with financing agreements to satisfy the banking requirements of the client as well as producing and maintaining the required loan documentation for inter group lending.

We can assist client companies in raising finance from local and foreign banks. Whether raising normal commercial loans or more specific types of structured finance, we can use our extensive experience and good banking contacts to help ensure that the most appropriate financing structure is established at a competitive cost.

In association with our client’s tax advisors, we can determine and implement the appropriate corporate structure best suited to their requirements. We will ensure that client’s companies operate within any compliance procedures specified in their tax advice. We will prepare all information to complete and file the corporate tax returns of the client in association with the client’s tax advisors. We will obtain necessary TVA registrations for the client’s companies and deal with the submission of all periodic and annual TVA returns.
